Service Description
Methodical prep, application, processing and after care of on-scalp bleach blonde lightner, followed by toner. Does not include blow-dry, please book separately.
Cancellation Policy
No-shows, and cancellations less than 8 hours prior to your appointment, will incur 100% fee. You may reschedule up to 3 hours before, however, w/o penalty. This is to respect our time, as well as that of other clients. Thank you for your understanding!
